WRAL Azalea Gardens Maternity Session with the Grissett Family - Raleigh Family Photographer

This new chapter for the Grissett family was a fun one to photograph. I’ve been fortunate to be able to capture KO and Ebonee’s engagement session, anniversary session, maternity session for Blaise, newborn session for Blaise. I can’t wait to meet their newest little one who’s due at the end of May!

For this session, we chose to spend some time walking through the gardens at WRAL Azalea Gardens. The fresh spring blooms gave us a beautiful show and were the perfect backdrop for this session.

For sessions like these, I always try to make sure we get some of a couple’s oldest child with each of his parents. Introducing a second child is always a big transition, and I wanted him to have some reminders of how loved he is by each of his parents. It was so sweet watching them interact with each other as they wandered the gardens. Blaise was a little reserved, but I still thought it made for some beautiful moments.

KO and Ebonee, thank you for allowing me to capture all of these seasons of your lives together. I’m excited for you as you look forward to welcoming this newest little one. I can’t wait to meet him!
